Safety and safety services at work - Badera safety solutions

Within this project, for TMS VALIANT, FORD contractor, services of safety and health at work, fire prevention and extinguishing, working methods and risk assessment for its own occupational safety and health plans, separate waste collection, first aid and strict compliance with the requirements imposed by FORD ROMANIA SA were provided. The period of implementation of the project was one year.

There were provided coordination services of the factory on the line of safety and health at work, in the field of emergency situations, environmental protection, coordination of the occupational medicine department, coordination RSVTI-ISCIR.Au were implemented rules on job safety and the development of the employees' culture on the line of safety and health at work. Training techniques have been developed for new employees using modern tools to raise awareness of the importance of safety in the workplace. Site coordination services were provided in the Nato Deveselu military base for the general builder DANYA CEBUS ROMANIA for at least 800 employees. It was aimed at strictly observing the requirements imposed by the U.S. military army as well as observing the rules of the Deveselu military base. On the line of safety and health at work, fire prevention and extinguishing, recycling of waste and the issuance of special work permits, compliance with romanian legislation and the requirements of the U.S. army safety manual were monitored. The project implementation period was one year and seven months.

Safety services were provided for mechanical and hydraulic presses (clutch wear, brake wear, emergency stops, etc.), SICK optical barriers and radars (according to a checklist), specialized measurements with the "Safety Man Delta T" device, identification and proposal solutions for identified safety problems. The project implementation period was one year and seven months.

Occupational safety and health services have been provided for at least 900 workers, safety supervision for the civil works necessary for the construction phase of the Clariant SUNLIQUID site, bilingual training (Romanian / English) for new employees, as well as the issuance of access cards, the supervision of crane lifting operations and the verification of lifting plans, identification and assessment of risks in the work areas and, where appropriate, the application of measures to eliminate or reduce them, the verification of field work permits, SIMOPS, the verification of safety conditions for the installation of metal structures and work at height, the verification of excavation and closed space works. The project implementation period was one year and eight months.

During the commissioning of the bioethanol plant, services are provided for the elaboration of the working procedures/instructions and the evaluation of the risks of injury on the workplaces, the supervision of activities with a high risk of injury, the verification of the work permits and the surveillance of the work areas, the elaboration and implementation of the LOTO procedure.
